Product Description
CASTLE Round Diffusers are designed to provide supply or return of conditioned air with acceptable sound levels, pressure drops, and uniform radial discharge in supply air applications. They are suitable for supply air temperature differentials ranging from +10K to -10K.
Uniform Radial Discharge
Designed for consistent 360° radial air distribution — ideal for open plan spaces requiring even coverage from circular ceiling outlets.
Supply & Return Models
SRCD (Supply Round Ceiling Diffuser) with butterfly damper for supply applications. RRCD (Return) without damper for extract applications.
Butterfly Volume Damper
Galvanized steel 1.0mm butterfly damper fixed with rivets — stud-adjusted through diffuser neck. Standard fitting on SRCD models.
Aluminium Frame & Gasket
1.25mm aluminium sheet with fixed inner core. Rear gasket prevents air leakage around frame perimeter.
Neck Sizes 150–600mm
Available in neck diameters from 150mm to 600mm — face diameter, frame and mounting dimensions proportionally scaled.
Wide Airflow Range
Neck 150mm: 70–630 m³/h. Neck 300mm: 265–2385 m³/h. Neck 600mm: 1035–9315 m³/h.
