Product Description
Air Ducts are le pathway pour heated/cooled air to travel throughout a house, building ou tower — carrying supply air, air de retour et exhaust air while ensuring acceptable indoou air quality et thermal comfout. DuctCastle ducts are available in Circular, Spiral et Rectangular shapes, made of sheet metal.
CNC Coil Line Production
Straight rectangular ducts cut et folded through CNC Coil Line Machine. Standard duct length 1220mm. Stiffener applied to outer middle when required.
Plasma CNC Fittings
Tous fittings (elbows, tees, reducers, offsets) cut by Plasma CNC machine into individually marked et nested pieces — minimizing material loss.
SMACNA & DW142/144 Compliant
Tous fabrication complies avec SMACNA et DW142/144 Standards. Longitudinal seams: Pittsburgh Lock (GI up to 16 gauge) et Grooved Couner (GI up to 18 gauge).
Transverse Joint Options
Slip & Drive (Hemmed "S" C1/T-6), Steting "S" (T-10, T-13, T-14), Companion Angles (J3–J6), et Slide-on TDF/DM Flange systems available.
Acoustic Liner Option
Internal acoustic liner installation per SMACNA. Z-Section liner standard; L-Section alternative. Welding pins at 3" (76mm) spacing. Metal nosing at all leading edges above 4000 FPM.
Complete QA/QC System
Chaque item barcoded et tagged avec Tag Non., PO reference, material type, gauge, weight, area, connectou type. QA/QC passed/rejected tag issued avant delivery.
