Product Description
Castle Cross-Talk Attenuators maintain sound privacy between adjacent rooms connected by common HVAC ductwork or transfer air openings. They prevent conversations and noise from traveling through shared duct runs, wall transfer grilles or ceiling void paths. Compact rectangular design fits within standard wall thicknesses and ceiling voids.
Speech Privacy
15-35 dB insertion loss — sufficient to block normal speech between adjacent rooms.
Compact Design
Fits within standard 200mm wall thickness — no special construction required.
Dual Function
Provides both acoustic attenuation and airflow transfer — replaces separate grille and silencer.
Fire Rated
Non-combustible mineral wool fill — maintains fire compartment integrity.
