Product Description
CASTLE produces Ball Jet Diffusers engineered to provide precise and forceful airflow across extended distances. These jet nozzles are primarily utilized within HVAC systems for targeted cooling purposes, particularly where air must travel considerable distances and conventional ceiling diffusers are not viable.
Full Directional Control
Eyeball-type ball joint allows full directional adjustment — positioned at any angle to direct airflow precisely to required zone.
1–4 Port Configurations
Models BJD-AB-20B available in 1P, 2P, 3P and 4P configurations for increased airflow in high-capacity applications.
Sizes 150–400mm Neck
Neck sizes from 150mm (Ø) to 400mm — face plate dimensions scale from 225×225mm to 2060×515mm (4-port, 400mm).
Plenum Box Available
Plenum chamber with circular, square or rectangular spigots for top or side entry — galvanized steel 0.7mm with 13mm acoustic liner.
Foam Gasket Sealing
Foam gasket installed around mounting frame to ensure air-tightness and prevent leakage at wall or ceiling interface.
