Product Description
Castle Back Draft Dampers prevent reverse airflow in ventilation and exhaust systems. The blades open to allow airflow in one direction and automatically close by gravity when the fan stops — preventing conditioned air from escaping and outdoor air from entering. Available in single-blade and multi-blade configurations for round and rectangular ducts.
Prevents Backdraft
Gravity-operated blades seal tight when fan stops — no outdoor air infiltration or conditioned air loss.
Ultra-Light Blades
Thin aluminium blades open with minimal air pressure — negligible resistance to normal airflow.
Rubber Sealed
Neoprene gasket provides airtight seal in closed position — no air leakage.
Horizontal & Vertical
Spring-assisted option available for horizontal duct installation where gravity alone is insufficient.
